1. Has anyone formed a Transfer Advisory Committee on his/her campus? I plan to form one in the fall to address key transfer issues and would like to learn more about the committee's activities.
2. Does anyone have to develop an Action Plan to address his/her transfer performance measure? If so, what are some initiatives or steps you are planning to implement?
3. Has anyone developed a template for collecting data on transfer students? With the pending changes to the CAA, the default rate on student loans, and the need for students to complete their associate degree in a timely manner, I need to look more closely at graduation rate, GPAs, course repeats, etc.
